Hi, I’m Hanna.
I’m a scientist. I’m a chemistry undergraduate who has both worked in a genetic engineering lab and now a carcinogenesis/medicinal chemistry lab. I hope to pursue a PhD in medicinal chemistry and go into cancer pharmaceutical research.
But I am so much more.
I’m a musician. Each fall I spend over 500 hours rehearsing and performing with the University of Minnesota Marching Band. I’m a leader in the band as well as an officer in the Marching Band Sorority, Tau Beta Sigma. I also play for the pep band at men’s hockey games. I haven’t missed a single home football game and only one home men’s hockey game in the past 3 years. Most importantly, I’m an ambassador of school and state pride.
